Recently, the Consumer Goods Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the economic performance of Chinese battery industry and bicycle industry from January to July.

Data show that in terms of batteries, among the main products of the national battery manufacturing industry from January to July, the output of lithium-ion batteries was 12.65 billion, an increase of 41.3%; the output of lead storage batteries was 149.974 million kVA, an increase of 17.3%; the primary battery And the output of primary battery packs (non-button type) was 23.88 billion, a year-on-year increase of 9.0%.

Among them, in July, the national output of lithium-ion batteries was 1.89 billion, a year-on-year increase of 13.8%; the output of lead storage batteries was 22.746 million kVA, a year-on-year decrease of 2.1%; the output of primary cells and primary battery packs (non-button) was 3.35 billion Only, a year-on-year decrease of 14.2%.

In terms of bicycles, among the main products of the national bicycle manufacturing industry from January to July, the output of two-wheeled bicycles was 29.788 million, a year-on-year increase of 13.3%; the output of electric bicycles was 20.158 million, a year-on-year increase of 26.0%.

Among them, in July, the national output of two-wheeled bicycles was 4.597 million, a year-on-year decrease of 10.5%; the output of electric bicycles was 3.929 million, a year-on-year increase of 2.6%.

In terms of the benefits of the bicycle industry, from January to July, the operating income of bicycle manufacturers above designated size was 124.52 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 36.8%, and the total profit realized was 5.82 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 51.2%.
